饺子(Jiao Zi)

材料(Materials)

猪五花肉300g Pork belly --300g

香菇 200g Shii-take mushroom --200g

鸡蛋 1个 Egg --1

香油 1汤匙 Sesame oil--1tablespoon

鸡精 30g Chicken powder-- 30g

盐30g Salt --30g

味精10g MSG--10g

香菇猪肉馅Mushroom pork stuffing

将五花肉洗干净去皮剁成肉末。

姜切成末

Chop GInger

将香菇洗干净切成末

Chop Shii-take mushroom

将肉末和姜放在一起
放入剁碎的香菇,香油,盐,鸡精,味精,鸡蛋

Add minced ginger and minced Shii-take mushroom, add sesame oil, chicken powder, salt, MSG and egg in.

顺着一个方向搅拌均匀,猪肉香菇饺子馅就做好了

素白菜馅Cabbage filling

把500g白菜切碎, 放在盆中

Chop 500g cabbage and put into a big bowl

 

放入6g盐放置10分钟, 挤出水分后加入2g鸡精 2g味精, 搅拌均匀即可

Add 6g salt in cabbage and let it stay 10mins. Then squeeze the water out and add 2g chicken powder, 2g MSG in. Mix it up.

包饺子 Make dumplings

三角饺子Triangle dumplings

将饺子馅放到中间 Add the filling in the middle

将饺子皮分三个角向上包起Wrap the dumplings in three corners

捏好Stick together

放入饺子馅儿Add the filling in the middle

将中间捏好 Pinch the middle

捏出纹路Pinch the texture

完成后的饺子Finish

将中间捏好 Pinch the middle

这里每相邻两边捏合,捏的时候可以沾点水

Each adjacent side is kneaded, and , dipped a little water when squeezed together

把开口弄好Arrange the hole then finish
