Kung Pao Chicken

宫保鸡丁(Gong Bao Ji Ding)

Material: Boneless & skinless chicken, Lettuce,Celery, Fried peanuts.

Ingredients: Plant oil, Soy sauce, Garlic slices, Ginger slices, Scallion, Corn starch, Red vinegar, Sugar, MSG, Chicken flavored powder, Salt, white pepper powder, Dried red chilli, Dried Szechwan pepper, Fried peanuts.

1. Cut the chicken into cubes with a side length of 1 centimeter, Marinate chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/3 of one egg white,1/4 teaspoon of salt, half tablespoon of corn starch,1-2 tablespoon of plant oil, a little bit of white wine or sherry. in a bowl for about 10 minutes. Cut celery and scallion in to 3 centimeters long . .

2. Mixed sauce(4-5 teaspoon of sugar,vinegar cover the sugar,one and half of chicken flavor powder ,1 teaspoon of MSG,half teaspoon of salt,one third teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 ladle of corn starch liquid, 2tablespoon of water.) ingredients in a bowl.

3. Use medium fire to heat the wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil and use it to coat the whole wok by wok spoon.

4. Add chicken into the wok, until chicken become firmed.

5. Add lettuce1, garlic slices, ginger slices, dried chilies, dried Szechwan pepper and scallion and push and stir about 10 seconds until the fragrance comes out.

6. Add the fried peanuts into the wok, then the Mixed sauce in. Higher the fire, stir-fry the ingredient fast.

Use a plate to serve it up.

Tips:

1. You can add some water but not too much to fry if you like softer lettuce.
