
Material: Cucumber1, Pork belly, Sliced leek and onion, Chopped spring onion and coriander
Ingredients: Salt, Szechwan peppercorn powder, Sugar, Soy sauce, Vinegar, MSG, Chicken flavored powder, Mincedgarlic, Minced ginger, Chilli flakes, Chilli oil
1. Boil the pork belly: Put pork belly in a pot and cover the pork belly with some water, then put some leek, minced ginger and 1 teaspoon of salt in. Take it out when it is totally cooked.
2. Cut pork belly and cucumber into thin slices . Grab a plate and put pork belly slices in the middle part and cucumber slices aside.
3. Make chilli oil2: The ratio of vegetable oil and chilli flakes is 5 : 1. Heat the wok, put oil in after the wok is totally dried. Switch off the fire after you see some smoke form the oil and then add onion, ginger, leek, spring onion, coriander in and sieve them out after the temperature cooling down . pour the oil on chilli fakes. Based on your own flavor, you can add some sesame in the chilli oil .
4. Grab a big bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken flavored powder, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorn powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 wok-spoon of chilli oil in and mix it totally, then pour the sauce on the pork slices.
Tips:
1. You can use other vegetables root instead of cucumber, eg: the stem lettuce root.
2. Chilli oil can store more than one week, so if you like it, you can make more of it.
