Three Shredded Slices Salad

凉拌三丝(Liang Ban San Si)

Material: Carrot, stem lettuce root1, onion

Ingredients: Chilli oil with sesame, Szechwan peppercorn powder, sugar, soy sauce, red vinegar, salt, MSG, minced ginger, minced garlic.

1.Cut the vegetables into shredded thin slices like strings2.

2.Add one teaspoon of salt and mix them totally, pickle them about 20 minutes.

3.grab a big bowl for making the sauce for vegetables.

Sauce3: 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, minced ginger, chicken flavor powder. 1/2 teaspoon of MSG. 2 teaspoons of sugar. 1 big soup spoon of chilli oil with sesame. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 2 tablespoons of red vinegar. Then mix all of them.

  1. Wash the slices we pickled before and squeeze out the water of the vegetables.
  2. Put the vegetable slices into the sauce bowl and mix them totally.
  3. Put the dish onto a plate.
  4. Scatter some spring onions on the top, then serve the food

Tips:

1. stem lettuce root: you can use cucumber as well

2. Shredded slices are easy to absorb the flavor.

3. You can use the same sauce to try other vegetables as well.
