Background
Hot pot refers to a cooking method that uses a pot as a utensil, a heat source to cook a pan and boil water or soup to boil various types of food. It can also refer to the cooking utensils used in this cooking method. It is characterized by eating while cooking the pot itself has a thermal insulation effect. Hotpot is spicy, flavorful and fresh. It is full of oil fragrant and good for releasing the wet from the human body, it is very well received for the people from humid weather.
Schedule
Your guide will take you into a spice market to explore it and enjoy some local snacks in it. After finishing the spice market, you’ll go to the cooking class place. When you arrive there, you can have a break with Sichuan local tea. After that, you’ll start cooking both the spicy hotpot and the Non-spicy pot and learn to cut and set dishes, which will be guided by a professional chef. You’ll enjoy your hotpot that cooked by yourself with some beers or other beverages.

Ours operate rain or shine. In periods of extreme or unsafe weather, we will cancel the tour at our discretion and provide a refund.
Join-in Tour Bookings: Bookings cancelled within 12 hours notice will not be refunded. If you would like to reschedule your join-in tour with less than 24 hours notice, we will need to charge 30% of your total for ingredients we prepared for you.
Private Class: Bookings cancelled within 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
