
Material: Eggplant, Long beans
Ingredients: Garlic slices, Sliced fresh spicy chilli, Plant oil, Chicken flavored powder, MSG, Sugar, Soy Sauce,Spicy fish cooking sauce1.
1. Cut eggplants in to strips and long beans into sections about 6 centimeters long.
2. Heat the wok, put plant oil in when there’s no water in the wok2. When the oil comes out some smog, you can use one piece of the long beans to test the oil temperature. When the piece of long bean floats on top and bubbles a lot, you can put all the long beans in till all the beans bubble a lot and the skin become a little bit dry for about 5 minutes, then take them out without oil into a plate or bowl.
3. Use the same way to fry eggplants till they become soft.
4. Put fried eggplants and long beans back into the wok, put water in to cover all of them. Take them out when the water is boiling.
5. Heat the wok again, dry the wok and put 1 wok spoon of oil in, put garlic slices and spicy chilli in, then put eggplants and long beans in.
6. Add seasoning by putting 1 teaspoon of MSG, Chicken flavored powder, Sugar and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and spicy fish cooking sauce. Mix them totally, then dish it up .
Tips:
1. The Spicy fish cooking sauce (辣鲜露) is the re-prepared fish flavor sauce with a little bit spicy, it can use to every dish you like. Such as noodles, vegetables and so on.
2. The plant oil should cover all the long beans.
