Refreshing black fungus

爽口木耳(Shuang Kou Mu Er)

Material: Black fungus1 / wood ear mushroom/ Agaric

Ingredients: Fresh spicy red chilli peppers, Pickled wild green rod chilli peppers with the water,Salt, Chicken flavored powder, MSG3, Sugar, Dark vinegar,Coriander/ Cilantro.

1.Soak the fungus into water for about 20 minutes and boil the fungus for about 5 minutes, Then use a strainer to drain the fungus and put it to a bowl.

2.Shred the fresh spicy red chilli peppers and pickled wild green rod chilli peppers into small pieces and put them into the fungus bowl.

3.Add 1 tablespoon of the wild green rod chilli pepper water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken flavored powder, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 2 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of dark vinegar1into the bowl. Mix them totally.

4.Cut the coriander/ cilantro into smaller pieces and scatter then on the top of the fungus, then serve the food.

Tips:

1. 木耳(wood ear mushroom):It’s a kind of mushroom or fungus, you can find the dried one in Asian convenient stores. Just soak in hot water before you use it.
