Shredded cabbage in Chilli peppers

手撕莲白(Shou Si Lian Bai)

Material: 1 piece of Cabbage

Ingredients: Plant oil, Dried red Chilli peppers, Sichuan peppercorn, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Chicken flavored powder, MSG3, Sugar, Dark vinegar.

  1. Use your hands to tear the cabbage leaves into 4-centimeterpieces or slices, then cut your red chilli peppers into 1-centimeter sections and slice your ginger and garlic.

  1. Heat the wok, add one wok spoon of oil, and then add a handful of red chilli pepper sections, 10 pieces of Sichuan peppercorn, 6-7 ginger and 5-6 garlic slices in , stir all the seasonings  until you can smell some fragrance. Then add your cabbage slices in and mix them together.
  1. Stir-frying the cabbage for about 6-7 minutes until soft, then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken flavored powder, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of dark vinegar1in. Mix them totally.
  1. Dish up, then serve the food.

Tips:

1. The vinegar can bring out some freshness from cabbage
