During this Kungfu Family one-day trip, you’ll be taken into a prestigious kungfu family to explore the secrets of the sports. A professional kungfu master will adopt traditional training methods to teach you the essence and quintessence of kungfu step by step. At the beginning, you’ll learn theories and background of kungfu, such as, the relations between Kungfu and other cultural elements. After that, you’ll learn the morality and behavioral norms in traditional kungfu and practice basic kungfu stances and structures. You’ll then learn some techniques, routines of performance and inner-control training of breath. You’ll have a lunch time and tea break before studying some movements and equipments in practical use.

1. ( 8:00am) Meet your guide at your hotel and take a vehicle to kungfu family place.
2. (about 20 minutes) Theories and Background of Kungfu learning: After arriving there, a professional master will inform you the relations between Kungfu and other cultural elements.
3. (about 20 minutes) kungfu Morality Learning: You’ll learn the morality and behavioral norms in traditional kungfu.
4. (about 20 minutes) The Basic Learning: You’ll practice basic kungfu stances, positions and postures.
5. (about 1 hour) The Routine Learning: You’ll then learn some techniques, routines of performance and inner-control training of breath.
6. (about 1 hour) The Lunch Time and Tea Break: You’ll have a lunch time and enjoy local tea.
7. (about 2 hours) The Movements and Equipments learning：You will study some movements and equipments in practical use.
