If you were ever fascinated by the food of Xian you may have wondered how these amazing foods were made? On this day tour, you will pay a visit to a local wet market and learn the secrets of making Xi'an Biang Biang noodles after you explored the world-wonder Terracotta Warriors and Horses. The trip starts with the Terracotta Warriors, and then an afternoon stroll at a local market savoring the wet market culture and continues with a hand-pulled noodle-making at a local restaurant.
Schedule
- 8:00 am: Your guide will meet you at your hotel lobby.
- 8:15 am Head for the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.
- 9:30 am: Start the tour with the museum.
- 12:00 pm: Having a local lunch.
- 1:00 pm: Wet market tour. You will buy the necessary ingredients for the cooking class.
- 2:20 pm: Hand-on cooking class that you will learn how to cook with your chef.
- 4:00 pm: Enjoy your Biang Biang noodles.
- 5:00 pm: You will be transferred back to the hotel and end of the day

Ours operates rain or shine. In periods of extreme or unsafe weather, we will cancel the tour at our discretion and provide a refund.
Join-in Tour Bookings: Bookings canceled within 12 hours notice will not be refunded. If you would like to reschedule your join-in tour with less than 24 hours' notice, we will need to charge 30% of your total.
